It is easy to import data into SimpleX for text analysis. It is even simpler to export it once your analysis is completed.
You can export you work under the formats: spreadsheet, charts, png.
Access to export is made by clicking on the export icon at the very top of you console.

Full data as .xlsx
Select the export xlsx in the roll over menu and click. SimpleX will start downloading in your computer an .xlsx file containing 3 tabs:
- All, contains the list of answers and different columns containing the different filters information such as rating, date and any other filter, the sentiment and the originality score. This tab is very similar to the spreadsheet tab imported as a source.
- Per themes, contains the same list with, as a first column, the topic to which the answer belongs. In case an answer belongs to multiple topics, it will appear as many times as the number of topics
- Per keyword, contains the same list as in All, plus as many columns as there are visible keywords, and in each cell, the value FALSE or TRUE reflecting the presence of the keyword in the answer.
- Per tag, contains the same list as in All, plus as many columns as there are visible custom tags, and in each cell, the value FALSE or TRUE reflecting the presence of the tag in the answer.
